We are reserving Campers for the 2025 summer season, 7 days a week; 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. We have 36 campers with the 19′ Capable of sleeping 4 to 6 people depending on how many are children, and the 28′ camper capable of sleeping 6 to 8 people again depending on how many are children. Please call Jim at the number posted above to reserve your camper as soon as possible as many dates through out the 2025 season are filling up quickly!

Our campers come fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, flatware, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, second outside refrigerator (some 19’ campers do not come with the additional mini-fridge), radio, awning and ground mat for the area under the awning. The 28′ campers also come with a TV and either a BBQ grill or a Griddle with cooking utensils in the outside kitchenette. You simply bring your own linens and pillows (sheets; 1 Q-size, 2 twin size in 19’ and 4 twin size and 1 Q-size in 28’), blankets, towels, your food & personal items and you are ready for a relaxing getaway.

You would need to secure a lot/site prior to booking your camper as we would need to know where it will be delivered to. There is a $200 (non-refundable) deposit to reserve the camper however that amount does go toward the Rental Fee total for the camper that you reserve. We will charge your credit card for the remaining balance of your camper contract 3 to 5 days prior to the day of your camper delivery.

When you reserve your desired camper size with us, we mail you a copy of the Camper Rental Agreement and the contact information for the delivery contact is Larry. He will also contact you the day before your arrival and/or delivery date to verify your reservation site/lot # and get your estimated arrival time. * We do ask that our customers remember to check into the Campground before calling (or texting to Larry 231-852-4740) for delivery of the camper on your arrival date; this is very important information to adhere to as you must be checked in at all State Park Campgrounds

prior to contacting Tye One J to have one of our campers delivered.

*Due to DNR Regulations and the increased volume of weekend and holiday traffic on all roads, you may have to wait for your camper. The DNR stipulates that no camper can be left “unattended”. This means customers absolutely MUST call or text Larry and the Tye One J phone number, that you are leaving the camper prior to your contracted departure or “pick-up date”. To notify Larry text or call to: 231-852-4740 and also call Tye One J: 231-845-7241. Please be aware there is a fine issued from the DNR for Campers left unattended! Note: We take the health and well-being of our customers very seriously with regard to the cleaning procedures to ensure complete Disinfecting and Sanitation of the kitchen and bathrooms as well as interior surfaces in each camper prior to delivery.
